1 tablespoons celery salt

Barbecue Sauce
2 cups of ketchup
1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown c
2 tablespoons yellow mustardc
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne

First you mix all the ingredients together
Then you crush all the lumpy spots with your fingers

Directions for sauce
Mix ingredients together
Then you wait until the mat is done
Then spread it across the meat.

The temperature needs to be on 250
It takes 4 hours to cook
