- 1 cup of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of molasses
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Pop Can Chicken…

- Marinate the chicken overnight
- Prepare on grill for indirect heat
- Rub the chicken all over
- Put the chicken on the cool side of the smoker
- Check every 15 minutes for 1 hour and 30 min.
- Keep smoker at 160 – 165 Fahrenheit
